"First knew about the brand during Xmas Kia Market 2024. Its a value-for-money oriental/nanyang style coffee place with the usual selection. It’s not exactly a place to hangout though there is a row of bar style table with high chairs if you want to cool yourself down. The default coffee, cham, salted coffee are good- yet to try it all. Good place for a quick pickup in town with neat to-go packaging. Recommended."

"New Pak Kopi branch in town with a few seating area to chill. A very compact and simple space, they only sell drinks. Ordered the traditional 3 layer jelly milk tea which was sweet. The bottom layer is brown sugar but it tastes very rich, concentrated and sweet. The jelly texture is nice and refreshing. You can request to add on the jelly into other drinks. You can request for less sugar and less ice as well."

"Tasty and kaw coffee. Asked for half sugar and 25% sugar and the drinks were great! Love their crystal coffee jelly as well. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Air conditioned and clean store."

"Bought the coffee drink otw back to the hotel after buying some groceries near by convenience shop. Good and fast services from the female staff. Coffee taste good and worth the price. Packaging is secured. Nice and comfortable place for coffee"
